She is SUCH good baby. She loves to eat, about every three hours during the day. But then she sleeps 7-11 hours at night every night between eating. She will usually go to bed around 7:00 or 8:00, and won't wake up until 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning. I've never had to do any kind of sleep training, she just loves her sleep! She will nap once or twice throughout the day, sometimes she just falls asleep while she is laying on the floor playing, sometimes I nurse her to sleep. But her naps are usually a few hours long. She loves to just have her space when she sleeps. She doesn't like to be held or cuddled while sleeping, so I always have to just lay her down to be on her own. Which is definitely good and helpful, but I'm sad she doesn't like to snuggle me. I think she has fallen asleep on my chest only once or twice her whole life. She hates to be swaddled, she just sleeps with her arms up by her head, totally sprawled out. She likes to sit up, so she always wants to be sitting on your lap facing out.
She is always smiling at people that talk to her and she is close to laughing, but hasn't quite figured it out yet. She keeps herself pretty entertained. She is getting really good at tummy time and holding her head up and looking around. She has almost rolled over from her back to her stomach, and has rolled from her tummy to her back twice. She has started cooing a little bit and is just starting to find her little voice.
Quinn still loves to give her hugs and kisses all the time. She always says, "Hi Harper girl!" and "Hi sweetie!" When Harper is crying she will say, "Baby, whassa matta?" She also loves to give Harper checkups with her Doc McStuffins doctor kit. She also has to give her a kiss before she will go to bed at night and wants to lay with her in her crib as soon as she wakes up.
